Adam Virgo, born on the 25th of January 1983 and hailing from England, was a dedicated defender standing at an impressive 6ft 2inches tall (1.88m) and weighing in at 13st 5lb (85kg). He was particularly notable for his performances as a central defender.
Virgo commenced his professional football journey as a trainee at Brighton & Hove Albion in England's Premier League, joining the club in July 2000. Over multiple seasons, his presence bolstered the team's performance through a series of commendable performances, which included 36 first team appearances and eight goals in the 2004 - 2005 season.
His impressive run at Brighton caught the attention of other clubs, leading to a short-term loan to Exeter City in England's League One in November 2002 where he made nine first team appearances.
