Antonio Nusa, born on the 17th of April 2005 in Norway, is a fresh-faced 20-year-old forward primed with talent. Occupying the left wing position for RB Leipzig, with the number 7 jersey resting on his shoulders, Nusa has also had the honour of representing his homeland's national team. He's a bit of a unit as well, standing at 5ft 10in (1.8m) and weighing in at 11st (70kg).
Moving swiftly onto monetary matters, this lad's current value is around £18.7m, courtesy of the chaps at Transfermarkt. He's got a pretty decent run left with RB Leipzig too, with his contract running until the summer of 2029, plenty of time for even more football witticisms.
Way back in January 2020, Nusa cut his teeth with Stabaek in the Norwegian OBOS-ligaen as a wee trainee. By 2021, he was already making strides, bagging three goals in just 11 first team appearances in the league for Stabaek. A quick hop, skip and a jump later and in August 2021, he made the move to the Belgian Pro League, joining Club Brugge for a tidy sum of £2.3m.
Club Brugge offered a more varied experience for Nusa, with his first season being rather quiet due to just a single appearance in league fixtures. However, he quickly proved his mettle, featuring in 21 games and scoring a goal in the 2022/23 season. This was followed by 20 appearances and three goals in the 23/24 season, and three appearances in the 24/25 season.
Nusa swapped Belgium for Germany in August 2024, transferring to RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga for a whopping £15m. He made a strong start, making 25 appearances and scoring three goals in the 24/25 season. The current 25/26 season has also seen him making a mark, with 24 appearances and two goals already to his name.
One thing is clear; Antonio Nusa is an exciting talent, ever-evolving and marking his name both domestically and internationally.
