Armstrong Oko-Flex, born in Dublin on 2 March 2002 (age 24), came through a well-travelled early route before his senior career settled. A Republic of Ireland winger, he joined Celtic from Arsenal in September 2018, a move that put him into the club’s development pathway at a useful age rather than making him an immediate first-team story.
He left Celtic in July 2021 for West Ham United, and his career after that did not run in a straight line. Spells with West Ham, Botev Plovdiv and Levski Sofia followed, with the Bulgarian period giving him more regular senior football than he had previously found.
His most productive league campaign came in 2025-2026 at Botev Plovdiv, where he scored six goals in 14 appearances. At Levski Sofia in the same season, he has remained involved, making 31 league appearances and scoring eight goals, plus one Supercup appearance. Across all competitions for Levski, he has made 32 appearances and scored eight goals.
Oko-Flex’s career so far is that of a developing wide player whose early Celtic connection was one stage in a wider search for steady senior football. By 2025-2026, he is still a regular first-team presence, mainly operating from the left.
