Benjamin Sesko, born on 31 May 2003 (age 22), is a Slovenian striker with the sort of frame defenders notice before the ball arrives. At 6ft 5in (1.95m), he is an imposing centre-forward, though his game has not been built on size alone.
His most productive league season came with FC Liefering in 2020–21, when he scored 20 goals in 29 appearances. That remains the clearest early marker of his finishing at senior level, before his career moved on towards a larger stage.
Sesko is now at Manchester United, where he has remained a regular first-team presence in 2025–26. He has made 30 Premier League appearances, scoring 11 goals, and has 12 goals in 32 appearances across all competitions, including one in the FA Cup. He has also played four times for Slovenia in European World Cup qualifying this season.
His market value is around £42.5m, according to Transfermarkt. His career to this point has moved from early goals in Austria to regular football at Manchester United, with Slovenia still using him as a central attacking option.
