Our focus today falls on Bobby McLuckie, born on June the 30th, 2006, making him just 19 years young. McLuckie hails from the bonnie lands of Scotland, sharpening his skills as a tenacious forward, primarily mans the left wing at East Kilbride. The lad stands at a decent 5ft 11in (1.81m in the less used metric system) and tips the scales at 10 stone 3 pounds (A lean 65kg for those preferring metric).
McLuckie's current market value is approximately £171K, according to the folks at Transfermarkt. His stay at East Kilbride could possibly be a brief one though, with his contract set to end on the 31st of May, 2026, a mere 3 months away.
In tracing the trajectory of his career, it was in the warm days of July 2020 when McLuckie initially linked up with Hearts as a trainee, beginning his journey in the Premiership. However, his development needed different pastures, and in February 2025, he was shipped off on loan to Stenhousemuir, competing in the League One.
Following the completion of this season-long spell, McLuckie returned to his parent club Hearts in June 2025. Yet, soon enough, he found himself on the move again, this time to Hamilton Academical, again on loan, again in League One, in August 2025.
He graced the pitch as a member of Hearts once more in January 2026, having completed his loan spell at Hamilton. His association was short-lived though, as he was once more transferred, joining East Kilbride in League Two in Scotland.
Here's hoping young McLuckie is fully utilising these experiences, building upon his skills, and will soon find a club he can truly call home.
