Connor McLennan, born 5 October 1999, is a Scottish forward currently plying his trade as a right winger for Livingston FC. With a height of 5ft 11in (1.82m) and a weight of 10st 12lb (69kg), he brings a solid presence to the pitch and can be recognised on the field in his number 11 shirt. According to Transfermarkt, McLennan commands a current market value in the region of £130k.
McLennan's career began in earnest with Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership, from where he was loaned out to Brechin City in the Highland League in December of 2016. During the 2016-2017 season, he scored one goal in three appearances for the team. The following season, he demonstrated his increasing value, netting two goals in 15 appearances.
Returning to Aberdeen in January 2017, McLennan proceeded to make only one league appearance in his debut season, but as his career progressed, so too did his importance to the team. By the 2018 - 2019 season, he had scored three goals in 21 appearances, and reproduced this pace in the 2019 - 2020 season. Following seasons saw him rack up a further 46 appearances for Aberdeen, but without finding the net.
McLennan's career took a turn as August 2017 saw him returned to Brechin City on loan once more. Here he reprised his form of the previous loan spell, with a total of three goals from 18 appearances across two seasons divided by his return spell with Aberdeen.
Eventually, McLennan branched beyond the bounds of Scotland, transferred on loan to St Johnstone in the English Championship in September 2022. Despite making 26 appearances, his goal tally was a mere one.
In a surprise twist, McLennan transferred back to the Scottish Championship in October 2024, joining Ayr United and scoring three goals in 26 appearances during the 2024-2025 season. His stock rose and in July 2025, he was transferred to Livingston in the Scottish Premiership. With his current season still ongoing, he has thus far made 16 appearances and scored three goals.
McLennan's distinguished career has also featured appearances in the League Cup 2025 - 2026 with Livingston, where he tallied one start and one substitute appearance, and similarly, in the Scottish Cup 2025 - 2026, he again had one start.
