Nlundulu started his professional career as a trainee at Southampton, a Championship club in England, in July 2013. He gained significant experience in the season of 2020 - 2021, making 13 first team appearances in league matches.
In 2021, he experienced a series of loan transfers. In July of the same year, he moved from Southampton to Lincoln City and by January 2022, he was transferred again from Southampton to Cheltenham Town in England. During his time at the latter in the 2022 - 2023 season, he managed to score four goals in 23 first team appearances in league matches.
In the same season, he moved from Southampton to Bolton Wanderers on loan, in yet another experience in the League One. He may have only made five first team appearances in league matches there, but it seemed Bolton Wanderers saw something in him. In July in 2023, they secured his transfer from Southampton for an undisclosed fee.
The wheel of loan transfers wasn't done with Nlundulu, however. In August 2024, he found himself moving from Bolton Wanderers to Cambridge United. By June in 2025, he was back at Bolton Wanderers on completion of his loan.
In September 2025, he found a seemingly permanent home away from England. He was transferred from Bolton Wanderers in England to St Mirren in the Premiership in Scotland for an undisclosed fee.
He seems to have found his stride in Scotland, having since made 27 first team appearances and scored three goals in league matches for his current club in the ongoing 2025 - 2026 season. He also contributed to St Mirren's performance in the League Cup 2025 - 2026, with one goal in two starts and one appearance as a substitute. Furthermore, he also showed a promising start in the Scottish Cup 2025 - 2026 with one goal in one start and one appearance as a substitute.
