Daniel Bragança, born on 27 May 1999 (age 27), is a Portuguese centre midfielder now with Torino. A compact 5ft 7in (1.69m), he has built his career more on touch, angles and timing than physical reach. His current market value is around £10m, according to Transfermarkt.
His career has been shaped above all by Sporting CP. Early loan football gave him the minutes and rough edges a young midfielder usually needs, but Sporting was where he settled into senior relevance. Across five league seasons there, he made 107 league appearances and scored 14 goals.
His most productive league campaign came in 2025-26, when he scored six times in 14 appearances for Sporting. His career has since taken him to Torino, where in 2026-27 he has made five Serie A appearances and scored once.
Bragança’s story is a straightforward one: a Portuguese midfielder developed through Sporting, hardened by loan spells, and established mainly through a long run in Lisbon before moving into Italian football with Torino.
