Esapa Osong is a stalwart of the forward position, primarily playing as a striker. He was born in England on the 21st of September 2004, putting him at the ripe footballing age of 21. He currently plies his trade in the green and white hooped jersey of Motherwell, tucked away in Scotland, a land rife with footballing history. The young footballer is a commanding presence on the field, standing at 6 feet (1.83m) tall and weighing in at 11 stones 6 pounds (73kg). He can be quickly recognised by the number 24 on his jersey.
In terms of financial worth, Osong's current market value hovers around the £150k mark, or at least so reports Transfermarkt.
Osong's football journey over the past few years has offered him a plethora of experiences. In July 2021, he left the homely bounds of Motherwell and joined Nottingham Forest in the Premier League in England. By July 2024, however, it seemed he had a craving for different pastures, transferring on loan from Nottingham Forest to the League One side, Rotherham United.
January 2025 saw him returned to Nottingham Forest after his loan period in Rotherham completed. But, it would seem, the young striker couldn't stay put, and once again transferred on loan in January 2025, this time to the League Two side, Cambridge United.
But, ultimately, every wandering son must return home, and thus, in June 2025, Osong came back to Nottingham Forest as his loan period with Cambridge United ended. Unable, however, to resist the pull of the Scottish Premiership, Osong made the move back to Motherwell in August 2025, another loan transfer taking him across the border into the heartlands of Scottish football.
