Ladies and gents, allow me to introduce you to Findlay Curtis, born, interestingly enough, on the 1st of October 2006. Yes, you read it right; he's a mere 19-year-old scoring goals rather than cracking open beer cans, and claiming to earn a living as a forward for Kilmarnock. Predominantly played as a left winger, this lad's stature stands at a fairly average 5 ft 10 in (1.8m) and tips the scales at 10 st 5 lb (66 kg)—so, not exactly the hulking brute forcing his way through the defenses.
Now, if we turn our attention to the somewhat parallel universe known as Transfermarkt, they value this young prodigy at a princely sum of £640k (source). Not exactly pocket change, is it?
The lad's journey thus far has been, let's say, 'educational'. Back in July 2021, Curtis did his initial grinding as a trainee with the Rangers. Like a rare Pokemon these days, he only made three first team appearances in his debut season (2024-2025). Somehow he managed to stick around, seeing the field ten more times the following season and scoring once. Quite the prolific goalscorer, eh?
And now, in an ongoing game of musical chairs that we call the transfer market, he's left the Rangers for Kilmarnock in January 2026. Only, this time it's merely a loan. To date, he's been dotted on the field thrice for Kilmarnock. Based on his previous record, we can all sit on tenterhooks, waiting for the imminent goal deluge...heaven knows when that's coming, though.
