Finlay Pollock, born on the 27th of June 2004, is a Scottish football player whose position on the field is primarily as a central attacking midfielder. He currently plays for Hearts where he fronts the number 24 jersey. Pollock is 5ft 10in (1.78m) tall and weighs 10st 9lb (68kg).
Despite his youthful age, his capability on the field is well-acknowledged, with a current market value estimated around £64k, as cited by Transfermarkt.
Pollock's football career began to gain momentum when he joined Hearts in the Scottish Premiership in July 2019 as a trainee. He first stepped onto the field as part of the first team in the 2023-2024 season, though only making a single appearance in league matches. Strikingly, in the current 2025-2026 season at Hearts, Pollock has yet to make his mark in any first-team appearances.
In February 2022, Pollock was loaned from Hearts to East Fife, a team based in the Scottish League One. His stint at East Fife ended in June that year and he returned to Hearts following the completion of his loan. However, this was not Pollock's only taste of a loaned position. In September 2024, he was again loaned out, this time to Raith Rovers in the Scottish Championship. There, Pollock proved his worth making 23 first-team appearances and scored an impressive six goals in league matches.
After his successful term at Raith Rovers, Pollock returned to Hearts in June 2025. Intriguingly, despite his previous work on the field, Pollock has yet to appear in any first-team league matches for Hearts in the current 2025-2026 season.
