Gabriel Teixeira Aragão, born on 1 April 2001 (age 25), is a Brazilian left winger with Sporting CP. A compact wide player at 5ft 7in (1.69m), he has a current market value of around £4.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
His career to this point is shaped most clearly by Bahia. Across two seasons there, he made 51 league appearances and scored 10 league goals, giving him the first substantial body of senior work in his career rather than the usual scatter of brief early moves.
The 2023 season was his most productive in league terms, with five goals in 25 appearances for Bahia. That was the spell that gave his profile some substance: regular football, a defined role from the left, and enough end product to make the next step credible.
He is now at Sporting CP, where he continues as a left-sided attacker. At 25, his career is still developing, but the main shape of it is clear enough: Bahia provided the platform, and Sporting is the current test.
