Gustaf Lagerbielke was born in Sweden on 10th April 2000, making him 25 years of age. He is a rather imposing figure on the football pitch, standing at 6ft 3in (1.91m) and weighing in at 12st 8lb (80kg). Lagerbielke is a defender who currently plays for SC Braga, where he dons the number 14 jersey. His skills on the field have also earned him a place in the Swedish national team.

His career kick-started in January 2019, when he joined Sollentuna FK in the Division 2 in Sweden. While at IF Elfsborg, Lagerbielke played 24 league matches over three seasons, during which he netted the ball twice. During the 2022 season, he was loaned out to Degerfors IF in the Allsvenskan, where he made 14 appearances and scored three goals.
In August 2023, Lagerbielke made the leap to Scottish football with a move to Celtic, joining them from IF Elfsborg for a fee that was estimated to be around £3m. His stint at Celtic, although brief, saw him make seven first team appearances in the 2023 - 2024 season.

Lagerbielke left Scottish football and Celtic behind in July 2025, when he transferred to SC Braga in the Liga Portugal for approximately £2.2m. In the current 2025 - 2026 season, Lagerbielke has made his presence known with 15 first team appearances and a couple of goals to boot.
Moreover, Lagerbielke has also represented Sweden in the World Cup Qualifiers Europe 2024 - 2026, with three starts, and one appearance as a substitute. His club SC Braga also benefited from his prowess during the Europa League Qualifiers and the Europa League itself during the 2025 - 2026 season, where he started five games in each competition and made an additional appearance as a substitute in the Europa League.
