Jo Inge Berget, born 11 September 1990 (age 35), is a Norwegian striker whose career has taken him through Britain, Scotland and Scandinavia. Celtic brought him in from Cardiff City in July 2014, a move that gave him a brief but visible place in the first-team picture rather than a long-term role in Glasgow.
His best league return came later at Malmo FF, where he scored 10 goals in 25 appearances in 2017. That season remains the clearest marker of his attacking output, with Berget showing the value of a forward who could work across the line without being especially ornamental about it.
