Joe Morrison is a Scottish goalkeeper from Prestwick, born on 1 June 2004 (age 22). He came through at Celtic as a trainee, which is the natural starting point, though most of his senior football has had to be built away from the club.
He left Celtic in July 2025 for East Kilbride, a sensible enough route for a young keeper needing games rather than a line on a club list. From there, his career moved on to Elgin City, where he has worn the number 43 shirt.
In 2026-27, Morrison has made three League Two appearances and three in the League Cup for Elgin City, giving him six appearances across all competitions. It is still an early senior career, shaped by a Celtic upbringing, a step into the lower leagues, and the usual hard work of a goalkeeper trying to turn potential into regular football.
