Johnny Kenny, born on 6 June 2003 and hence aged 22, is a Republic of Ireland-born forward typically playing the role of striker for the noble Celtic Football Club. Protruding 5ft 9in (1.77m) from the green turf of the Celtic Park and boasting a boxing weight of 11st 2lb (71kg), Mr Kenny not only dons the revered number 24 jersey but also has the privilege of representing the Emerald Isle's national team.

Before arriving at the gates of Celtic Park, the young Kenny made a name for himself in the Irish Premier Division as a frontman for Sligo Rovers. Climbing aboard the Sligo bandwagon in January of 2020, he impressively notched up 11 goals from 32 appearances in his debut season in the year 2021.
With the dawn of the year 2022, the Republic of Ireland prodigy bid adieu to Sligo Rovers and found a new home in Glasgow, signing for Celtic Football Club. The deal, which paid the Irish club around £140k, saw Kenny joining the hallowed Scottish Premiership ranks.
Despite being loaned out to Queen's Park in Scotland's Championship in August of the same year and making 12 appearances, and then being rented out to Shamrock Rovers back in the Irish Premier Division where he rattled the net 18 times in 59 games across two seasons, Kenny always seemed destined to return to Celtic Park.
