Jonathan Rowe, born on the 30th of April 2003, is a promising young forward currently plying his trade in Bologna. This skilful left winger, standing at 5ft 8in (1.73m) and weighing in at 10st 7lb (67kg), is of English origin and has been making waves in the football world since his debut. Notably for his age, he has already represented the England U21 national team.
According to Transfermarkt, Rowe boasts an impressive market value of roughly £10.5m, underlining the high regard in which he is already held across the footballing globe.
Rowe cut his teeth at Norwich City in England, making his debut for the Canaries in the 2021-2022 season. His first taste of top-flight football, at the tender age of 18, saw him make 13 first team appearances. It would not be long before Rowe established his place in the Norwich lineup, and in the 2023-2024 season, he clocked 32 first team appearances and scored 12 goals - an impressive haul for a youngster in a demanding league.
In the 2024-2025 season, Rowe traded the streets of Norwich for the sunnier climes of Marseille, France. That season, he clocked up 28 first-team appearances and found the back of the net three times. The current 2025-2026 season has seen him make one first team appearance for the French side. It would seem that his time at Marseille is in its embryonic stages.
In the very same 2025-2026 season, Rowe found himself with Italian side Bologna. However, it appears he has yet to get off the mark in Italy, having made no first-team appearances thus far.
Despite his club duties, Rowe had not neglected his international duties. He had the honour of representing England U21 in the UEFA U21 Qualifiers 2025, where he managed two goals from three starts and also coming on in three games as a substitute.
