Jordan Henderson, born on 17 June 1990, currently aged 35, hails from England. He primarily features as a central defensive midfielder for Brentford. Standing tall at 5ft 11in (1.82m), Henderson weighs in at 12st 8lb (80kg). He is known for sporting the number 6 jersey. In addition to his club career, Henderson has also adorned the England national team colours.

In August 2008, Henderson initiated his professional career at Sunderland in the English Premier League. In his debut season (2008-2009), he made a solitary appearance. Over the next two season, the midfielder steadily grew in stature with 33 appearances (2009-2010) and 37 appearances (2010-2011), chipping in with one and three goals respectively.
January 2009 saw Henderson brief loan spell to Coventry City in the English Championship. He made ten first team appearances and scored one goal. He returned back to Sunderland once his loan period concluded in June 2009.
