Julien Duranville, born on 5 May 2006 (age 20), is a Belgian left winger with Borussia Dortmund. Compact at 5ft 7in (1.70m), he wears squad number 16 and is valued at around £7m by Transfermarkt.
His most productive league spell so far came at Basel in 2025-26, where he scored two goals in 16 appearances. It was a modest return, but for a young wide player still building senior rhythm, it at least put proper first-team minutes on the record.
At Dortmund, his league involvement in 2025-26 has been limited, with no appearances or goals. He has had some football elsewhere this season, making two Club World Cup appearances, but his club career is still at the stage where promise is doing more work than output.
Duranville remains a young Belgian winger attached to a major European club, with his best senior league run so far coming away from Dortmund at Basel. The next step is straightforward enough: more regular football, and more end product.
