Born on 6 December 2000, Kasper Høgh is a Danish forward playing as a striker for Bodo Glimt. Towering at 6ft 1in (1.86m) and weighing just over 12st (77kg), the number 9 has certainly maintained a consistent physical presence on the field. Høgh's current market value is estimated round about £7m, according to Transfermarkt.
His football journey began when he joined Randers in the Superliga, Denmark, as a trainee in July 2017. In his debut season in 2018-2019, he made two first-team appearances. His participation improved to some extent in the following season as he made eight first team appearances. Unfortunately, in the 2020-2021 season, Høgh could only manage four first team appearances. In August 2020, amidst the 2020-2021 season, Høgh took a brief tenure away from Randers, transferring to Valur in the Besta deild karla, Iceland, on a loan deal where he made five first team appearances. He returned to Randers in January 2021 where he repeated his previous counts of appearances for two more seasons.
In July 2021, Høgh left Randers to join Hobro IK in the 1. division in Denmark for an undisclosed fee. His season with Hobro was slightly more productive, having 12 first team appearances and four goals to his name. He then left Hobro in January 2022 for another club in the 1. division, Aalborg BK, again for an undisclosed fee. His performance continued to improve at Aalborg, where he made 15 first team appearances scoring three goals, and protected his place in the first team for the following season.
Despite a decent run at Aalborg, Høgh made another move in January 2023. This time, to Stabaek in the OBOS-ligaen, Norway, for a fee of around £300k. His performance level seemed to increase with every step he made, tallying 14 appearances and five goals for Stabaek. His next destination a year later, in January 2024, was Bodo Glimt in the Eliteserien, Norway. The transfer fee was about £610k.
With Bodo Glimt, Høgh has indeed found his groove. In his debut season, he made 23 first team appearances and netted 12 times. His superior performance continued into the 2025 season where he made 28 first team appearances, scoring an impressive 17 goals. Høgh continues to be a key player for Bodo Glimt into the 2026 season.
Moreover, his feats do not stop there. Høgh made significant contributions on the continental level, participating in the 2025-2026 Champions League qualifiers for Bodo Glimt, scoring a goal in two starts. In the same season's Champions League proper, he made seven starts, scoring two goals.
