From July 2017, Høgh launched his football career as a trainee with Randers in the Superliga in Denmark. The debut season of 2018-2019 saw Høgh on the pitch in two first-team league matches. The subsequent season had him featuring in eight league games, and in the season that followed, he made appearances in four league matches.
Come August 2020, Høgh transferred from Randers to Valur in the Besta deild karla in Iceland on a loan term. During his time with Valur he clocked up five first-team appearances in league matches. By January 2021, following the completion of his loan term, Høgh returned to Randers in the Superliga in Denmark.
In July 2021, Høgh moved from Randers to Hobro IK in Denmark's 1. division for an undisclosed fee. This was followed by a move to Aalborg BK in the Danish 1st Division in January 2022, also for an undisclosed fee. While at Aalborg BK, Høgh made 15 first-team appearances and netted three goals. In January 2023, a transfer saw Høgh swapping Aalborg BK in the Danish 1st Division, for Stabaek in the OBOS-ligaen in Norway. The switch cost Stabaek an approximate sum of £300k. His tenure in Stabaek was marked with fourteen first-team appearances and five scored goals.
Another shift for Høgh came in January 2024 when he moved from Stabaek in Norway's OBOS-ligaen, to Bodo Glimt in the country's Eliteserien. This transfer cost Bodo Glimt a sum in the region of £610k. During the 2024 season, Høgh made 23 first team appearances and slotted in 12 goals. He continued on this trajectory, netting 17 league goals from 28 appearances in the 2025 season. Looking ahead, Høgh is set to continue as part of Bodo Glimt for the 2026 season.
Høgh also had a taste of the world's most prestigious club football tournament, featuring in the Champions League Qualifiers for the 2025-2026 season with Bodo Glimt.
