Liam Scales, born on 8 August 1998, is an Irish footballer who specialises as a central defender. Currently plying his trade at Celtic FC, he is a formidable presence standing at 6ft 2in (1.88m) and weighing 13st 5lb (85kg). Wearing the number 5 jersey, Scales not only stands tall in his domestic career but has also had the honour of representing his home nation, the Republic of Ireland.
