Spanish-born midfielder, Mahamadou Susoho, occupies the central defensive position at Livingston football club. Born on the 20th of January in 2005, he currently wields the number 7 jersey. He is a formidable presence on the field, standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall (equivalent to 1.75m) and weighs in at 11 stone 2 pounds (or 71kg for those of a metric persuasion).
His current market value hovers around the £1m mark, as reported by Transfermarkt.
Susoho's footballing journey traces its roots back to the summer of 2017, when he joined the youth ranks of Premier League titan, Manchester City. Several years of growth and development within the club were then supplemented by a loan spell to Peterborough United in the English League One in August 2024. The loan provided invaluable exposure and experience playing in the lower tiers of English football.
The curtains closed on his Peterborough stint in June 2025, and Susoho was welcomed back to Manchester City. His return was short-lived. As September rolled around, he found himself heading north of the border to the Scottish Premiership, joining Livingston on loan.
Though his career is still in its infancy, Susoho’s journey thus far takes him from the shimmering heights of the Premier League through to the guttural grit of League One and all the way up to the brisk climes of Scottish football. A trajectory already steeped in diversity and resilience, it will be interesting to see how he continues to carve out his footballing path.
