Michael Duffy, born in Derry on 28 July 1994 (age 31), is a Republic of Ireland winger who plays primarily on the left for Derry City. His Celtic connection came early, when he joined the club from Derry City in February 2015.
That move did not become the main body of his career. Duffy left Celtic in February 2017 for Dundalk, where his senior football took firmer shape. His best league return came there in 2019, when he scored 12 goals in 34 appearances.
After Dundalk, Duffy established himself more fully back at Derry City. In 2026, he has made 13 league appearances and scored 5 goals, the same return listed for his Premier Division campaign with Derry City.
