Nohan Kenneh, a midfielder by specialisation with a preference for the central defensive midfield position, was born on 10 January 2003 in the distant land of Liberia. Currently, aged 21, he strides the pitch for Hibernian, where he dons the number 24 jersey with pride. With a height of 6ft 2in (1.9m) and weighing 12st 6lb (79kg), Kenneh cuts a striking figure on the field of play.
Kenneh's journey into professional football began with his youth career at Leeds United, a Championship club in England, which he joined as a trainee in July 2018. Despite a debut season (2021 - 2022) without any first-team league match appearances, Kenneh remained determined.
In July 2022, he made a leap northwards to the Scottish side, Hibernian, that plays in the Premiership. His debut season at Hibs, 2022 - 2023, proved to be more fruitful where he marked 15 appearances and even netted a goal. However, the ongoing 2024 - 2025 season hasn't seen him make a first-team league appearance yet.
Also worth mentioning is his loan spell in January 2023 with Ross County, another Premiership club in Scotland. Kenneh appeared in 16 first-team league matches during his tenure, which concluded in June 2023 when he returned to Hibernian.
Another loan spell came his way in July 2023 with Shrewsbury Town, a League One side in England. Following the conclusion of his stint in June 2024, Kenneh came back to Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership. As previously mentioned, Kenneh has yet to make first-team league appearances in this current season, 2024 - 2025, since his return.
