Odhrán Casey, born on 9 April 2002 (age 24), is a Northern Irish central defender now with Shelbourne. His early loan football helped move him from development minutes into proper senior work, but the main body of his career so far has been built at Cliftonville.
Cliftonville is where Casey became a regular. Across four seasons he made 96 league appearances and scored five league goals, a solid return for a centre-half rather than anything that needs dressing up. His most productive campaign came in 2023-24, when he scored three times in 33 league matches.
He later moved on to Shelbourne, where his 2026 involvement has been limited so far. He has made four appearances in all competitions, split between the Premier Division and Conference League qualifying, without scoring.
Casey’s career to date is straightforward: development football early on, a substantial Cliftonville spell, and a newer chapter at Shelbourne still taking shape.
