Ollie Watkins, born on 30 December 1995 (age 30), is an English striker now with Al-Hilal Saudi. His current market value is around £25.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Watkins came through at Exeter City, with a loan at Weston-super-Mare part of the early education, before Brentford gave him a bigger platform. That move proved the making of him. In 2019–20 he delivered his most productive league season, scoring 25 goals in 46 appearances, and looked every inch a forward who had outgrown the Championship without making too much noise about it.
Aston Villa then took him into the Premier League, where his game became broader as well as more visible: running the channels, pressing properly, and finishing often enough to make the rest of it worthwhile.
