Raúl Torrente (born 11 September 2001, age 25) is a Spanish central defender with Le Mans. A commanding 6ft 4in (1.93m), he is valued at around £2.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
His career has been shaped far more by Granada than anywhere else. Across three seasons there, Torrente made 37 league appearances, giving him the bulk of his senior grounding at one club rather than through the usual tour of short stops and half-chances.
He later had a productive league season at Dinamo Zagreb in 2024-25, scoring two goals in 21 appearances. For a centre-half, that was a useful return rather than anything to get carried away about.
By 2026-27, Torrente was with Le Mans, where he has made two Ligue 1 appearances. His career to this point is that of an established professional defender, with Granada still the spell that gives it most of its shape.
