Sergi Roberto, born on 7 February 1992 (age 34), is a Spanish right-back now with Como. His senior career first took shape at Barcelona B, where his best scoring league season came in 2011–12, with four goals in 28 appearances.
Barcelona is where his career was made and largely spent. Across 14 seasons with the first team, he made 245 league appearances and scored 12 league goals. That sort of longevity at that club is not accidental, even if his role was often more practical than headline-grabbing.
He moved on to Como, where he remains a regular part of the side in 2025–26, making 20 Serie A appearances without scoring. His current market value is around £1.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Roberto’s career is defined by sustained service at Barcelona, followed by a later spell in Italy where he is still playing regularly rather than simply winding down.
