Uğurcan Çakır, born on 5 April 1996 in Turkey, commands the position of a goalkeeper for Trabzonspor. Standing at 6ft 2in (1.88m) and weighing 11st 11lb (75kg), Çakır is a notable figure on the pitch. Besides his club duties, Çakır also stands between the sticks for the Turkey national team.
His career at Trabzonspor in the Süper Lig has been impressive - he's been a key figure in the team since his first professional signing back in July of 2014. Çakır only saw his first league expedition in the 2017 - 2018 season, making six appearances. His standing within the team strengthened over time. The 2018 - 2019 season saw him guarding the goal in 20 league games. By the 2019 - 2020 season, he was a regular on the pitch with 33 appearances. He kept rising and during the 2020 - 2021 season, he made an impressive 38 appearances. His momentum maintained with 36 games in the next 2021 - 2022 season.
