Zander Craik, a Scottish striker, was born on 9th of February, 2006, making him a youthful 20 years old. He brings an aggressive forward presence to Kilmarnock Football Club. Standing at a decent height of 5 feet 10 inches (1.8m), and weighing 11 stone 11 pounds (75kg), he fits the mould of a traditional target man.
The forward, bearing the number 28 jersey, still has 9 months left on his current contract with Kilmarnock, which is set to expire on 31st May 2025.
Craik's professional football journey kicked off in July 2022, when he joined Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership as a trainee. After two years honing his craft, he embarked on a series of loan stints, further developing his skills and gaining invaluable experience across the different tiers of Scottish football.
His first loan move came in July 2024, when he transferred from Kilmarnock to Queen of the South in Scotland's League One. Here, he got his first taste of professional football outside the Premiership. However, the stint was short-lived, and as of January 2025, he was called back to Kilmarnock.
The following month, Craik moved to East Kilbride in the League Two, still on a loan agreement. This ended in June 2025, and he returned once more to Kilmarnock. However, he didn't stay put for long; in July 2025, he was out on loan again, this time to Annan Athletic, another team in the League Two. He returned to Kilmarnock at the turn of 2026 following the completion of his loan spell.
Although Craik never had an opportunity to don the green and white hoops of Celtic, it remains clear that he has forged his path in Scottish football, starting as a trainee at Kilmarnock and working his way up through a series of loans across the tiers of Scottish football.
