Amar Ahmed Fatah, born on 19th February 2004, is a 22-year-old forward hailing from Sweden. Predominantly playing as a left winger, Fatah is currently signed with Dundee United and sports the jersey bearing the number 17. Decked with a height of 6 feet (approximately 1.83m) and weighing around 11 stone 6 lbs (about 73kg), his presence on the field is quite significant.
The young Swedish talent's current market value is estimated at around Β£400k, as stated by Transfermarkt.
In the cold January of 2021, Fatah joined the Allsvenskan league's AIK team in Sweden. His debut season in the team was relatively quiet, with only a single first-team appearance under his belt. However, his prominence grew in the next season with nine first-team appearances and a goal to his name.
Fatah set off on a new football journey in August 2022, leaving AIK to join the French Ligue 2 team, Troyes, with a pretty hefty transfer fee of around Β£4.2m. Despite the substantial investment, Fatah only made a single first-team appearance during the 2022-2023 season.
Seeking to broaden his experience and grow his prowess, the young forward was loaned to the Belgian Challenger Pro League's Lommel team in January 2023. Completing his loan term, Fatah returned to Troyes in July 2024, again only to make a single appearance for the season.
Furthering his stride across Europe, another loan deal precipitated Fatah's arrival in the Eerste Divisie league in the Netherlands, yoking him with the team of Willem II in August 2024. The season brought a productive period for the player, as he participated in 22 first-team games and scored a goal.
Returning to Troyes in June 2025 once again, Fatah made another single appearance for the 2022-2023 season. The French stint ended, and a new chapter started as he transferred on loan to Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership in July 2025. The ongoing 2025-2026 season has observed Fatah making 29 first-team appearances and netting eight goals.
The season also saw Fatah participating in various cup and league matches. These include the League Cup, where he made one start for Dundee United; the Scottish Cup, where he scored a goal in two starts; and the Conference League Qualifiers, where he had a substitute appearance.
