Obituary – EDDIE CONNACHAN ; the Celtic-daft keeper who broke our hearts

It was just by chance the other day that I discovered that Eddie Connachan had died in South Africa at the end of January. He was 85. To Celtic supporters of a given age, there was no more frustrating or devastating experience than the night of Wednesday April 26 1961. And oh! How I hated Eddie Connachan!
